The tilapia is seasoned to perfection with a blend of aromatic spices, providing a mouthwatering contrast to the crunchy freshness of the cabbage slaw. Wrapped in warm tortillas and garnished with lime and cilantro, these tacos are a fiesta for your taste buds—a celebration of bold flavors and textures that will transport you to the vibrant world of Mexican cuisine.

    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • Salt and black pepper to taste

    For Tacos:

    • 8 small flour or corn tortillas, warmed
    • Lime wedges and additional cilantro for garnish

    Cooking Instructions:

    1. Preparing Blackened Tilapia:

    • In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the blackening spice blend.
    • Rub the tilapia fillets with the spice blend, ensuring they are well coated on both sides.
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
