    Cooking Instructions:

    1. Cooking Lentils:

    • In a large pot, combine the rinsed lentils with water and cook according to package instructions until tender. Drain any excess water and set aside.

    2. Sautéing Aromatics:

    • In a large skillet or pot, heat cooking oil over medium heat.
    • Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onions are translucent.

    3. Adding Vegetables:

    • Add diced carrots, bell pepper, zucchini, and cauliflower to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

    4. Creating Curry Base:
