    Cooking Instructions:

    1. Making the Pesto:

    • In a food processor, combine basil, grated Parmesan, pine nuts, and minced garlic.
    • Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped.
    • With the food processor running, slowly pour in the olive oil until the pesto reaches a smooth consistency.
    • Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.

    2. Preparing the Zoodles:

    • Spiralize the zucchinis to create zoodles.
    • In a large pan, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat.
    • Add the zoodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes, just until slightly softened.

    3. Tossing with Pesto:

    • Add the prepared pesto to the sautéed zoodles, tossing to coat evenly.
    • Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm the pesto.

    4. Adding Cherry Tomatoes and Pine Nuts:

    • Gently fold in the halved cherry tomatoes and toasted pine nuts.
    • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the tomatoes to soften slightly.

    5. Serving:
