    Cooking Instructions:

    2. Sautéing Shrimp:

    • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), sautéing until aromatic.
    • Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.
    • Remove the cooked shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

    3. Spiralizing Zucchini:
