    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

    Cooking Instructions:

    1. Preparing Spinach and Mushroom Filling:

    • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
    • Add diced mushrooms and cook until they release moisture and become golden brown.
    • Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper.
    • If using, fold in crumbled feta cheese. Set the filling aside.

    2. Preparing Chicken Breasts:

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness.
    • Season both sides of each chicken breast with salt and black pepper.

    3. Stuffing Chicken Breasts:

    • Divide the spinach and mushroom filling equally among the chicken breasts, placing it in the center.
    • Fold the chicken breast over the filling and secure with toothpicks if necessary.

    4. Seasoning Chicken:

    • In a small bowl, mix paprika, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried rosemary to create the seasoning mix.
    • Rub the seasoning mix over the surface of each stuffed chicken breast.

    5. Searing Chicken:
