    Elevate your breakfast experience with our Sweet Potato and Kale Hash, a hearty and nutritious dish that combines the earthy sweetness of sweet potatoes, the robust flavors of kale, and the richness of perfectly poached eggs.     Cooking Instructions:

    1. Preparing the Sweet Potato and Kale Hash:

    • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
    • Add chopped red onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

    2. Adding Sweet Potatoes:

    • Add diced sweet potatoes to the skillet. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender and slightly crispy.

    3. Incorporating Kale:

    • Stir in chopped kale and continue cooking until the kale wilts and becomes tender.

    4. Seasoning the Hash:

    • Sprinkle smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper over the sweet potato and kale mixture. Stir to evenly coat the ingredients with the spices.

    5. Poaching Eggs:

    • In a separate pot, bring water to a gentle simmer. Add white vinegar.

    • Poach the eggs for 3-4 minutes for a runny yolk or longer if desired.
