    Cooking Instructions:

    1. Cooking Brown Rice:

    • Cook brown rice according to package instructions. Set aside.

    2. Preparing the Stir-Fry Sauce:

    • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.

    3. Stir-Frying Turkey:

    • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
    • Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

    4. Adding Vegetables:

    • Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
